You must:

have a degree or equivalent in the subject (or a related subject) for whichyou are applying, have a minimum of two years' experience teaching the subject (or a related subject) for which they are applying tostudents of 16 to 18 years of age (DP), have a detailed, up-to-date knowledge of the subject for which they are applying, befamiliar with the principles and challenges of good assessment including the design of assessments, demonstrate a high level ofenthusiasm for the use of technology in assessment processes, including the use of eMarking tools and on-screenassessment, demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to international education, have the ability to communicate, readdocuments and write reports in English.
