The Greeter is responsible for imparting accurate and up to date information on all MassHire, Community Action Committee and Child Care Network services available in the building. Assists perspective individual customers in the reception area by providing information about the services, process, procedures, and referral to the appropriate agency. Triages customers to the appropriate programs. Solicits feedback on customer satisfaction issues and reports to supervisor any customer issues that may arise in the reception area.
MAJOR DUTIES 1.
Responsible for imparting accurate and up to date information on all services provided in the building with a high rate of customer satisfaction through initia1 contact. 2. Provides perspective customers with information about the services, process, procedures, and referral to the appropriate agency. 3. Triages customers to appropriate programs. 4. Solicits feedback from perspective customers regarding service satisfaction to enhance continuous quality improvement. 5. Reports any customer issues that may arise in the reception area to the supervisor. 6. Provides intermittent customer assistance in other public access areas within the building as needed. 7. Performs assigned duties in a professional and businesslike manner and in accordance with policies and procedures. 8. Ensures that the laws, regulations, and policies are followed. 9. Performs other related duties and development tasks as required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILLTIES
l. Knowledge of programs offered in the building and community resources. 2. Ability to operate computers and computer software. 3. Ability to communicate in a professional and businesslike manner. 4. Ability to work harmoniously with staff and the general public.
SUGGESTED TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required. One year direct related experience required. Any combination of education or training which demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Bilingual language skills a plus!

WAGES SALARY
$36,298 Full-time/ 35 hours Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm In Office Great Benefits!
