Key Qualifications:
Proficient in American Sign Language (ASL) and interpreting in an educational environment Previous experience as a Sign Language Interpreter, preferably in school settings Ability to work full-time for the entire school year Comfortable collaborating with teachers, administrators, and students Committed to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environmentPrimary Responsibilities:
Provide accurate, in-person sign language interpretation for a high school student throughout the school day Facilitate effective communication between the student, teachers, and peers Adapt and adjust communication as needed to support student learning and participation Work in close partnership with educational staff to ensure the student's needs are addressed Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all timesPerks and Benefits:
