Scope of Work:

Provide cultural and civilian role play for assessment, selection, and qualification exercises, adding human-terrain realism that tests student engagement and decision-making. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Portray cultural and civilian roles with non-standard appearance. Support dilemma-based scenarios and high-pressure engagements. Adjust responses based on student performance. English speaking; non-standard appearance (clothing, grooming, demeanor) Experience in dilemma-based scenarios and high-pressure tactics United States citizen or legally documented alien without adverse background information Able to read, write, speak, and understand English Pass E-Verify and the Government counterintelligence-focused security review; medically fit for field conditions
