Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direct supervision of the Administration Department, this position will mainly provide support for Administration related duties to include; Clerical tasks and help support Japanese expatriates and their families to FCC (North Carolina), LLC . The position will act as liaison between the American and Japanese cultures to insure the plant is efficient and productive.
Specific Support Duties:
Perform administrative duties, such as making travel arrangements and managing the company vehicle uses, creating and maintaining filing systems, preparing documents and presentations, and handling correspondence. Make arrangements for visitor and meetings, provide catering service as needed. Perform other administrative duties as assigned by Japanese expatriates. Communication support for Japanese expatriates. Perform other job related duties arising regarding expatriates' as assigned or required. Support continuous improvement initiatives on EHS policies and programs. Managing employee benefits, answering benefits inquiries, and ensuring completion of benefits enrollment. Assisting with scheduling and interviewing job applicants, preparing employment offers and contracts.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Must be bilingual in English and Japanese Practical knowledge of general HR functions (benefits, compensation, confidentiality) Must be computer literate with Microsoft Office products (emphasis in Excel)
