Job Description
Category Schools - Sign Language Interpreter Job Type Contract Step into an essential role supporting students' communication needs in a vibrant elementary school setting. As a Sign Language Interpreter, your expertise will ensure educational access and promote inclusion throughout the academic year. This is a rewarding contract position from August 3, 2026, to May 28, 2027, working on-site Monday through Friday, with a consistent schedule of 7:00am to 2:30pm (35 hours per week). Your primary assignment will be at an elementary school, providing direct support on a 1:1 caseload. You'll work closely with faculty, staff, and educators to facilitate clear, effective communication for deaf or hard-of-hearing students, ensuring they thrive in the classroom environment.
