Qualifications:

Valid state licensure as a Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) EIPA score of 3.5 or higher, or equivalent RID certification Experience working in K-12 school settings highly desirable Strong communication and professional collaboration skills Punctuality and readiness to engage each day prior to student arrival

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one interpreting services at the elementary level (onsite only) Foster effective communication between deaf/hard-of-hearing students, peers, and staff Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards of the profession Collaborate with teachers and educational team to support student achievement Ensure timely arrival each morning in preparation for student start
