Desired Qualifications:
National certification or state licensure as a Sign Language Interpreter (as required by assignment) Demonstrated proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) Experience working in an educational or school-based setting is highly preferred Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality sign language interpretation for students, staff, and school events Foster inclusive communication to facilitate student learning and participation Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethical standards Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as appropriate
