Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreter to support students in a Home Health Aide (HHA) training program. The interpreter will work closely with a Registered Nurse (RN) instructor to facilitate effective communication by accurately translating course instruction and materials into ASL for deaf and hard-of-hearing students. This is an in-person position based in Brooklyn, NY (zip codes 11229 and 11235). We offer flexible scheduling, including daytime, evening, and weekend classes. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both American Sign Language and English, possess strong communication skills, and be able to interpret medical and educational terminology in a classroom setting.

Requirements:
