Full Job Description Company Overview:

CSPC Solutions is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business that specializes in providing high-quality translation and interpretation services for federal government agencies. Founded in 2015 in Boston, Massachusetts, CSPC has emerged as an industry-leading employer with a focus on employee welfare and customer satisfaction.

Position Description:

The Department of Veterans Affairs Cleveland Medical Center requires on-site American Sign Language Interpreter services to accommodate Deaf employees and customers. Interpreting services will be provided in a variety of workplace settings including mental health clinical visits, work group meetings, staff training sessions, wellness program events, conferences and seminar, performance counseling, and other employment situations. CSPC will be hiring a Shift Interpreter who will be responsible for providing on-site Interpreting services Monday through Friday for seven hours each day with a 30-minute lunch break.

Compensation:

The Shift Interpreter will be paid an annual salary of $70-74K and is eligible to participate in CSPC's 401K program that includes a company contribution match.

Required Qualifications:

18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Capable of passing a criminal background check Possess reliable transportation A minimum of five years of professional ASL Interpreting experience combined with a minimum of a two-year ASL-related degree from an accredited college or university
