All On-site Job Description Responsibilities:

Provide accurate Simultaneous interpretation remotely (equipment provided) for meetings, legacy Client R D. As an interpreter, it is critical that both your Japanese and English be smooth and easy to understand. Although translation is minimal, you are expected to translate documents accurately and quickly, if and when necessary.

Requirements:

Experienced Japanese/English Simultaneous Interpreter (both directions: Japanese to English and English to Japanese).

Education:

4-year college degree with a few years of experience, or if no college, at least 5 years of interpretation experience.

Other:

Part-time position, approximately 12-15 hours/week. Work hours: 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. ET on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Actual hours may vary depending on your capabilities and the meeting schedule. Occasionally, you may be asked to support evening meetings.
