job description:

We would like to request your assistance with interpretation services for our Japanese Vice President at the Wilmington plant, handling communication with local employees and clients. Provide consecutive and simultaneous interpretation services during meetings, conferences, and other events. Translate written documents, including reports, manuals, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance. Assist in the development of bilingual materials and resources to support communication efforts. Collaborate with team members to understand context and nuances of language for effective interpretation.

Minimum Qualifications:

Fluency in Japanese and English. Proven experience in interpretation and translation in a professional setting. Strong understanding of cultural nuances and context in language use.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in interpretation or translation from a recognized institution. Prefer experience in manufacturing or automotive industries. Familiarity with translation software and tools.
