  • you will help Spanish-speaking clients communicate with English-speaking officials in immigration, court, and medical settings.
You talk, you listen, you interpret. That's it.
We teach you everything:
consecutive interpretation, immigration protocols, court procedures, medical terminology, and how to use Zoom like a pro. What you'll do: Interpret between Spanish and English in:
Immigration:
In-person at USCIS Miami office (asylum, residency, citizenship interviews)
Legal:
Remote via Zoom (deportation defense, bond hearings)
Medical:
In-person or via Zoom (patient consultations, Workers' Comp, I-693 immigration medical exams) Follow protocols we train you on Stay neutral, professional, and confidential This is NOT a full-time job. You work per case, when you want.
What we need from you:
Natural bilingual
  • you grew up speaking Spanish and English at home Reliable
  • if you say YES to a case, you show up. No excuses. Transportation
  • reliable car for in-person USCIS appointments in Miami Computer with Zoom + stable internet
  • for remote work Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as an independent contractor No experience needed
  • we teach everything How you earn MORE ($45/hour instead of $35): Your pay increases based on client feedback . After each assignment, we call the client (the person you helped) and evaluate your performance. The better you are, the more you earn

How it works:
You start at $35/hour . After each assignment, we call the client and get feedback on these points. If you consistently score high, your rate goes up to $45/hour . If you keep delivering excellence, you stay at $45 and get priority access to more assignments . If you slip, your rate can adjust down
  • but we give you feedback so you can improve. We reward performance, not resumes. You control your paycheck. This role is designed for people who are starting fresh. It's not a fit for everyone, and that's okay. We're looking for candidates who want to learn from the ground up and grow with us. If you already have extensive experience in interpreting, you may find this role too basic
  • we're focused on training new talent.
How it works:
You send us an email with a brief intro and your general availability We have a quick phone call to hear you speak both languages If selected, we train you (free) When we have a case, we notify you. You say YES or NO. If YES, you sign a simple service agreement for that case, show up, interpret, get paid If NO, no problem
  • we move to the next person After each assignment, we collect client feedback
  • your rate adjusts based on performance You are in control of your schedule AND your earning potential. About the 1099 Independent Contractor status (read carefully): This is a 1099 position , meaning: You are self-employed. We do not withhold taxes
  • you receive the full hourly rate. You are responsible for reporting your income and paying your own taxes (income tax + self-employment tax). You provide your own equipment (computer, internet, transportation). No employee benefits (health insurance, paid time off, workers' comp, etc.). No minimum hours
  • you work when you want. You can work for other companies
  • this is not exclusive.
We will issue a 1099-NEC at the end of the year if you earn more than $600 with us.
