Associate Therapist (AMFT / ASW / APCC) Bilingual Spanish-Speaking | Hybrid (In-Person & Telehealth) Mills Perinatal Wellness Group is seeking a Spanish-speaking associate therapist who is motivated, flexible, and ready to grow with a dynamic, supportive team. This is a hybrid position , offering a mix of 3 to 4 days in-person and other day/s telehealth with and strong clinical support. We work with children, teens and families and are looking for someone who is interested in working with this population. About the Role This position is ideal for an associate therapist who is: Ready to get to work Open to learning and growing clinically Comfortable building a caseload over time Interested in working with a general range of presenting concerns Work with kids Available Monday -Thursday 2-8pm for evenings as many kids are out of school after 2pm. While caseloads take time to build, we consistently fill associate caseloads within a few months through ongoing referrals, insurance partnerships, and community connections. We currently have a waitlist and are looking to bring someone on immediately. Who We Serve Our clients present with a wide range of concerns, including but not limited to: Anxiety and depression Life transitions and stress Relationship and family concerns Parenting and identity exploration Perinatal, postpartum, and family-related issues Trauma We serve a high Spanish-speaking population , and bilingual Spanish skills are strongly preferred in order to meet current and growing community needs. What We're Looking For Associate-level clinician (AMFT, ASW, or APCC) Bilingual Spanish-speaking (preferred; conversational to fluent) Comfortable working with a general outpatient population Motivated, dependable, and open to supervision and learning Interested in being part of a growing, collaborative team Schedule & Setting Hybrid role : in-person + telehealth Flexible scheduling (daytime and/or evening availability welcomed) Caseload builds gradually, with consistent referral flow over time What We Offer Supportive and engaged supervision A collaborative, values-driven team culture Flexible scheduling and autonomy Steady referral growth with realistic expectations Opportunity to grow alongside an expanding group practice A team that genuinely values clinician sustainability and development Why Join Us?
