•25/Hour | Two-Hour Minimum We are currently contracting with qualified Spanish-English interpreters in Jackson, Tennessee, and surrounding areas for onsite, in-person interpreting assignments. This is a freelance Independent Contractor (1099) opportunity, not an employee position. Interpreters may accept or decline assignments based on their availability.

IMPORTANT

This opportunity is 100% onsite. We do not currently offer virtual or remote assignments for this position.

LOCATION REQUIREMENT

Applicants must currently live in Tennessee or within reasonable driving distance of Jackson and be able to reliably travel to onsite appointments throughout Jackson and surrounding areas. Applicants who are not within reasonable driving distance of Jackson will not be considered.

Medical, Workers' Compensation, Rehabilitation & Professional Appointments Assignment schedules vary depending on client needs. Because interpreters are independent contractors, they may accept or decline assignments based on their availability. Weekday daytime availability is strongly preferred, particularly between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, when most of our onsite assignments take place.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are seeking Spanish-English interpreters who: Are qualified or certified in Spanish-English interpretation Have professional interpreting experience Have medical interpreting experience, strongly preferred Are dependable, punctual, and professional Understand interpreter ethics and confidentiality Have reliable transportation Can reliably travel throughout Jackson and surrounding areas Live in Tennessee or within reasonable driving distance of Jackson Have weekday daytime availability, particularly Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Understand that all assignments for this opportunity are onsite
