The Bilingual Learning and Development Coordinator supports the quality system through releasing documentation following established procedures and translating English language documents to Spanish as required. The translation method is a combination of computerized/automated translations with verification manually, to full manual translations as required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Releases documentation to our Document Control Center after verifying appropriate approvals are received. Translates documents as required using a combination of software-based and manual translation techniques from English to Spanish. Adds documents to Training database as needed. Reports on progress and backlog of translations on a regular basis. Assists with live translation as needed during meetings, discussions, training, etc. as needed. Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED Basic computer experience; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and E-mail Bi-Lingual with demonstrated fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoke, with demonstrated ability to handle technical documentation/language. Experience within an
