Job Description

Rush Translations & Immigrant Services is seeking experienced Spanish interpreters in the McAllen region for in-person USCIS immigration appointments. Spanish interpreters are in high demand for our growing client base. We are actively building our roster of qualified Spanish
  • English interpreters across the United States.
About the role:
We dispatch interpreters to USCIS field office and asylum office appointments to support clients during interviews. Assignments are scheduled in advance, typically 2-4 hours each, sometimes longer.

2800 W Trenton Rd Ste 3000, Edinburg, TX 78539
Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate consecutive interpretation between Spanish and English
  • Arrive 30 minutes before scheduled appointment time
  • Maintain professional conduct and confidentiality
  • Sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before your first assignment What we offer:

Requirements:
  • Professional fluency in Spanish and English
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Prior interpretation experience (immigration experience welcome but not required)
  • Reliable transportation to the USCIS office This is an independent contractor (1099) position.
