Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs skilled clerical office work essential to the operations of the department. Requires good working vocabulary of general, technical, medical, and scientific terms. Performs assigned duties promptly and efficiently. Promotes positive working relationships with co-workers, other Health System employees, patients, and the general public, in the spirit of Guest Relations.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent experience required. One year of customer service, unit secretary or similar is preferred.
