Qualifications CPR Certification Full Job Description Occupational Therapy Team Leader Role & Responsibilities:
Lead therapy team operations, including scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, building meaningful relationships to support recovery and celebrate progress. Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in daily management and ensure seamless implementation of procedures and treatments. Utilize specialized skills to deliver compassionate, personalized care aligned with patient goals in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Current state licensure or certification in occupational therapy Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited program Minimum of three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, with at least two years of clinical practice CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already certified) Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or holding relevant professional certifications preferred
