Qualifications & Experience:

Experience as a Sign Language Interpreter or Teacher of American Sign Language Comfortable working in K-12 educational settings Able to work full-time, in-person, with approximately 7:30am3:00pm hours Flexibility and willingness to travel between four local school sites Availability for a late July orientation/training and an August start Commitment to fostering communication, inclusion, and access for Deaf/Hard of Hearing students

Key Responsibilities:

Provide interpreting and/or ASL instruction to K-12 students across multiple campuses Collaborate with school teams, including SLPAs and Clinical Fellows Adapt to different school cultures, schedules, and learning objectives Ensure clear and effective communication between students, staff, and families Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards
