Spanish Translator/Interpreter Williams Deloatche PC Virginia Beach, VA Job Details Full-time 22 hours ago Qualifications Spanish English Full Job Description Williams DeLoatche, P.C. is seeking a bilingual Spanish Translator / Client Support Specialist to join our growing personal injury team. This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in both English and Spanish, enjoys helping people, and is interested in building a long-term career within the legal field. The position will begin as part-time, with the potential to transition into a full-time opportunity based on business needs and performance. At our firm, we believe communication matters. Many of our clients are navigating stressful and unfamiliar situations, and this role plays an important part in helping them feel informed, supported, and heard throughout the legal process. Responsibilities Translate verbal and written communication between English and Spanish Assist with Spanish-speaking client communication by phone, email, and text Support attorneys, intake staff, and paralegals with translation needs Help ensure client information and documentation are accurately communicated Assist with scheduling, follow-up communication, and general administrative support as needed Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compassion in all client interactions Qualifications Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, and organized Comfortable speaking with clients in a compassionate and professional manner Prior customer service, administrative, legal, or translation experience is a plus Interest in growing within the legal field; this role has the potential to evolve into a Spanish-speaking Paralegal position over time Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment What We Offer Flexible part-time schedule Opportunity for long-term growth and potential full-time employment Supportive and team-oriented environment Meaningful work helping clients through difficult situations Hands-on experience within a growing personal injury law firm If you are looking for an opportunity where your bilingual skills can make a real impact while growing your legal career, we would love to hear from you.
