9678404-98036 Job Description Bring your expertise in American Sign Language to a dynamic school environment, providing vital support to students and staff across all grade levels. This contract position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from September 2, 2026, through June 11, 2027, with flexible weekly hours ranging from 30 to 32.5, scheduled across five days. Youll use your ASL skills to ensure clear communication and access in educational settings, working closely with a diverse student population in K-12.

Qualified candidates should possess either:

EIPA pathway: Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment (EIPA) score of 4.0 or higher, plus a passing score on the EIPA Written Test; RID pathway: National Interpreter Certification (NIC) through the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID), along with a passing EIPA Written Test score. We also welcome applications from fluent ASL paraprofessionals, even if you are not certified.
