What we are looking for SpanOut Learning is looking for a native (or near native) Spanish speaker to lead our Adult Conversation Club — small, relaxed group sessions (4-6 adults) focused on real conversational practice, not traditional classroom instruction. Native or native-level Spanish speaker Comfortable leading group conversation (not just 1:1 tutoring) Warm, patient communication style Reliable weekly availability; weekends a plus but not required Teaching or facilitation experience helpful, not required What you'll do Facilitate weekly conversation sessions for adult learners Guide discussion using light prompts, cultural topics, and real-world scenarios Create a warm, encouraging space where people feel comfortable speaking Why SpanOut?

We provide the framework and mission; you bring the personality and heart. Paid onboarding and curriculum guidance provided. All materials supplied. Paid sick time provided (per Washington State requirements). Additional Requirements Must be authorized to work in the United States. Background check required. Ability to lift and move program supplies and materials as needed. Ability to walk up and down stairs at the Silverdale location.
