Desired Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) and fluent interpreting abilities Previous experience interpreting in school or educational settings highly valued Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID) certification or equivalent credentials preferred Ability to adapt communication style to meet elementary students developmental needs Knowledge of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and willingness to collaborate with educational teams Strong sense of professionalism, confidentiality, and reliability
Key Responsibilities:
