Qualifications:
Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) Certification as a Sign Language Interpreter (such as
EIPA, NIC
preferred) Previous experience working in K-12 educational settings Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to supporting students and staff in diverse learning environments
Responsibilities:
Provide interpretation services for Deaf or Hard of Hearing students in classrooms and school events Facilitate clear communication between students, teachers, and school staff Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Support an inclusive and accessible educational atmosphere
