As an independent contractor, you'll be responsible for installing our permanent lighting systems on residential and commercial properties. We provide training, materials, and job details — you bring the tools, skills, and professionalism to get the job done right. Responsibilities Safely install permanent lighting systems according to provided plans and specifications Use ladders, lifts, and tools to mount track and lighting along rooflines and structures Run and connect wiring to the control system Troubleshoot and ensure proper system functionality before completion Maintain a clean and safe job site Provide great customer service and represent the PermaBright brand professionally Requirements Experience in roofing, electrical, holiday lighting, or related trades preferred Comfortable working at heights using ladders and lifts Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various outdoor conditions Basic hand tools (drill, ladder, etc.) — specialty equipment provided if needed Reliable transportation to job sites Must carry liability insurance (or be willing to obtain) Strong attention to detail and safety Compensation Pay is per job/footage installed — competitive rates Quick payment upon job completion Ongoing work opportunities during peak seasons and year-round
