Partner with facility and design teams to define project scope and support the design and implementation of background music systems, entertainment venues, and performance spaces. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate technical elements for assigned events and projects. Supervise and support technical staff during event preparation, execution, and post-production. Ensure technical systems and equipment are operational and production-ready. Respond quickly to technical and operational issues during live events. Procure, maintain, and manage technical resources and support equipment as needed. Partner with production leadership to support scheduling, budgeting, and equipment needs. Stay current on emerging entertainment and production technologies and recommend improvements. Supervising and supporting technical staff Managing equipment procurement and maintenance Responding to live event issues in real time Staying current on emerging technologies Supporting scheduling and budgeting at a leadership level Basic Qualifications Basic Qualifications

• Ability to create AV estimates based off information provided by clients and catering sales partners
• Ability to read and understand ground plans and schematics
• Understanding and basic use Microsoft word, excel, and outlook
• Time management and multitasking skills Lighting, audio, video, and show control systems Signal flow, fiber optics, and video/audio transmission Satellite and internet-based broadcast systems Fabrication, special effects, rigging, and automation Facility design, engineering, or construction experience
• Basic accounting skills Qualifications Experience with live event or entertainment production technologies.

Working knowledge of lighting, audio, video, and show control systems. Experience with signal flow, fiber optics, and video/audio transmission methods. Familiarity with satellite and internet-based broadcast systems. General understanding of fabrication, special effects, rigging, automation systems, and facilities. Experience supporting facility design, engineering, or construction projects is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Preferred Qualifications

• Familiar with Banquet Event Orders (BEO's) and pre-convention meetings and planning
• Ability to generate ground plans & schematics
• Ability to write project justifications and scope documents for infrastructure update Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to lead teams and work effectively in fast-paced, live production environments. Clear communication and collaboration skills. Required Education AA/AS degree or equivalent work experience

Pay:

Up to $41.00 per hour
