Responsibilities Provide lighting advice to customers Take orders by email or over phone Provide tech support Respond to emails and phone calls Customer service Prepare lighting quotes Process orders Skills Proven experience in residential lighting sales Knowledge of recessed, LED, Monorail, landscape, and track lighting Basic understanding of database and Microsoft Excel Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills Great attention to details Graduate degree or equivalent is preferred
