Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Outdoor Lighting Technician to join our team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting premium low-voltage lighting systems while upholding the highest standards of craftsmanship and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Install low-voltage outdoor lighting systems, including pathway lights, uplighting, downlighting, and specialty fixtures Experience in an outdoor manual labor job (landscaping, irrigations, hardscape, concrete, etc.) Read and execute lighting plans and layouts with accuracy Wire, trench, and connect transformers and fixtures safely and efficiently Troubleshoot and repair existing lighting systems Ensure clean, organized, and aesthetically precise installations Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in excellent condition Communicate professionally with clients on-site when needed Adhere to all safety standards and company protocols Qualifications Basic knowledge of low-voltage systems (or willingness to learn quickly) Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor (digging, trenching, etc.) Professional appearance and positive attitude Preferred (Not Required) Experience with outdoor lighting, electrical work, landscaping, or similar hands-on field preferred Experience with high-end residential projects Electrical certification or relevant trade experience Familiarity with lighting design concepts What We Offer Competitive pay at $25/hour Opportunity to work on luxury properties and unique outdoor environments Hands-on training and skill development Growth opportunities within a premium service company Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity for growth into management and sales.
