We're a growing Jacksonville company that designs and installs professional outdoor lighting and outdoor audio systems for homeowners, builders, and pool companies. We're looking for one dependable person to join our team. Previous experience is not required. We'd rather hire someone reliable and mechanically inclined and train them our way. This is more than a general labor position. You'll learn a lot more than how to install a light fixture — you'll train directly under the owner, a Florida-licensed low-voltage specialist with seven years in the trade, and build real skills in lighting design, low-voltage electrical systems, outdoor audio, troubleshooting, and customer service. For the right person, there's a clear path into crew leadership.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Install landscape and architectural lighting systems
• Install outdoor audio systems — landscape speakers, subwoofers, amplifiers, and controls
• Learn lighting design: fixture placement, beam angles, color temperature, and the techniques used to light homes, trees, pathways, and outdoor living spaces
• Run and conceal wire for both lighting and audio, and restore landscaping neatly when you're done
• Install and troubleshoot transformers, wiring, connections, controls, and complete systems
• Set up audio zones, tune systems, and connect app-based and streaming controls
• Dig and trench wire runs
• Handle service calls, repairs, maintenance, and system upgrades
• Work from ladders and elevated areas when the job calls for it
• Perform light trimming, stone, paver, and hardscape work when an installation requires it
• Work directly with homeowners and represent the company well
• Keep tools, equipment, and the van organized and ready for the next day
• Learn how a project runs start to finish — from walking the property to the final nighttime aiming

Requirements:

• Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to work outdoors in Florida heat and lift 50 lbs
• Available for occasional evening work — lighting gets aimed and adjusted after dark A strong plus, but not required: experience in landscaping, irrigation, electrical helper work, construction, pools, hardscaping, handyman work, car audio, home theater, A/V, or security and low-voltage installation.
