Company's services range from logistics and coordination, corporate gigging, films and television, concerts, live productions, and etc. We are seeking a talented and passionate Lighting Designer to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative lighting designs that enhance visual storytelling, performances, and live experiences. Your expertise in lighting design, gaffing, and production lighting will help bring creative visions to life across film, television, music videos, concerts, festivals, and live events. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with artists, directors, producers, cinematographers, and production teams to create visually compelling lighting environments. Your creative vision, technical skills, and ability to execute under production demands will be essential in delivering exceptional results that elevate every project. Requirements 1-2 years of professional experience in lighting design, gaffing, or production lighting for film, TV, music videos, concerts, festivals, or live events. 1-2 years of leadership experience managing or leading lighting/production teams. Must own and maintain professional lighting equipment suitable for production work. Must be 21 years of age or older. Punctual, dependable, and professional, with the ability to meet production call times and deadlines. Willingness to travel for productions, events, and projects as needed. Strong technical, creative, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced production environments. Qualifications Proven experience in lighting design or gaffing for film, TV, music videos, live shows, concerts, festivals, or similar productions. Strong knowledge of lighting fixtures, DMX, consoles, rigging, power distribution, and lighting control systems . Ability to create and execute dynamic lighting designs and looks that support the creative vision, mood, and energy of a production. Experience with lighting for camera , including color, exposure, shadows, contrast, and composition. Proficiency with lighting software and consoles such as grandMA2/3, ETC, Hog, ChamSys, Capture, Vectorworks, or similar platforms . Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills , with the ability to work effectively with directors, producers, artists, cinematographers, and production teams. Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced production environments , including setup, rehearsals, live events, shoots, and strike, while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. Compensation up to $300-$500/filming to start
