Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Lighting Auditor to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for inspecting, evaluating, and ensuring the quality and compliance of lighting installations across various commercial projects. Your expertise will help optimize lighting systems for safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness while maintaining adherence to industry standards and client specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects and support sustainable building practices through meticulous auditing and technical oversight. Duties Conduct comprehensive inspections of lighting systems on commercial sites, verifying installation accuracy against project plans and specifications. Assess lighting performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with local codes such as NEC (National Electrical Code). Collaborate with project managers, electrical contractors, and clients to identify areas for improvement and ensure quality standards are met. Utilize tools like Adobe, Excel and Drop Box for detailed documentation, markup, and reporting of audit findings. Review site map drawings, contracts, and specifications to ensure lighting installations align with project scope and budget constraints. Maintain accurate records of audits, inspections, and corrective actions to facilitate project improvements Requirements Proven experience in Lighting Fixtures, electrical work, or construction site management with a focus on lighting systems. Proficiency in Adobe for document review, markup, and reporting purposes. Hands-on electrical experience combined with construction site exposure is highly desirable. Ability to interpret technical drawings, contracts, and project specifications accurately.
