New Bedford, Massachusetts CoWorx is seeking a 2nd Shift Machine Operator in the New Bedford, MA area! We're looking for a detail-oriented Automation Operator to join our production team. In this role, you'll work with cutting-edge robotic metalizing equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you enjoy hands-on work, have strong attention to detail, and are mechanically inclined, we'd love to hear from you!

Schedule:

3:30 PM - 12 AM Monday -

Friday Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor robotic metalizing equipment. Ensure proper metalizing coverage and identify any process changes. Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions. Maintain consistent product quality and production standards.

Desired Background/Skills:

Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Excellent attention to detail Experience using microscopes (preferred) Basic computer skills Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with equipment Any additional technical or manufacturing experience is a plus High school diploma or GED Basic math skills Ability to follow detailed instructions
