Job Summary:

Work with PHA the Leader in the integration Lighting Control/ Alarm Automation/Integration Systems and learn from a experienced staff as you will Work with Lead Installers and independently, in the completion of installs and service calls. Key Job Responsibilities:

Complete AV audio/video installs and setup Control system Control 4 and Lutron (lighting/shading) Theater/Media room installations One Room Solutions with URC remotes, AVA, Satellite Star Link systems setup and install Programming of Control4, lutron homework's, RA2 and GE concord alarm systems, and any knowledge is a plus Networking/data system install and setup of routers Programming of advanced systems (URC/Control4/Savant/Crestron) Understanding of multi-room systems and setup Understanding of alarm

QOLSYS, GE

Concord, DSC security system programming and design Understanding of Control4 single room, multi room and legacy systems CEDIA Certifications and Control4, Tech 2 or better certifications (or obtain within 6 months of hire) Completion of Alarm.com Academy (or obtain within 6 months of hire) Completion of CEDIA University within first year of employment Completion of Control4 and or Alarm.com Certification and re certification as defined during the year Position responsibilities: Install, Program, & Service Audio Visual Systems Home Systems Integration - Lighting, HVAC, Security, Network Trouble-shooting, educating customers on usage of system

Skills Required:

1-2 plus year's experience in A/V and/or Security Systems installation and programming Must be reliable and motivated to get the job done Driver's license and clean DMV record Must be able to be licensed in Maryland, DC, and Virginia Familiarity with Control 4 is preferred Networking Knowledge needed
