Job Description
Reporting to the Technical Production Manager, we are seeking a
- _Stage and Lighting Technician_
- who will support the performance production needs of the Peabody Institute, both Preparatory and Conservatory.
- Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- + Independently manage acoustic large ensembles including all setups, group rehearsals and final performances.
- Special Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- + Demonstrated skills and experience with theatrical/event lighting setup, installation, and design.
- Minimum Qualifications
- + Bachelor's Degree. + Three years related experience. + Additional education may substitute for required experience, and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond a high school diploma/graduation equivalent, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Three to five years experience in live event production with a focus on lighting and stage management.
