Holiday Lighting Installation Technician Allbrite Lights | Westminster, MD $18-$25/hour | Full-Time Seasonal | September-January Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM | Overtime Available/Likely Get Paid to Make Christmas Happen. Allbrite Lights is hiring 4-6 Holiday Lighting Installation Technicians to join our team for the upcoming holiday season. This isn't your typical seasonal job. You'll spend your days outdoors with a crew installing professional Christmas light displays on homes and businesses throughout our area. You'll work with ladders, get on roofs, install lights and greenery, and help create something our customers are genuinely excited to come home to. No holiday lighting experience is required. We'll teach you our installation system. What we can't teach is reliability, work ethic, a good attitude, and being comfortable working with your hands and at heights. If you have experience in construction, roofing, landscaping, pressure washing, painting, gutters, solar, tree work, or another hands-on trade, you'll probably feel right at home. What You'll Do Each morning, you'll report to our Westminster shop at 7:00 AM and meet up with your crew. From there, you'll: Load the company truck with the equipment and materials needed for the day's installations Travel to customer homes using company vehicles and our scheduling/routing system Install professional holiday lighting and decorations Safely use extension ladders and other installation equipment Work on roofs and at heights Troubleshoot and make adjustments when needed Keep trucks, tools, and job sites clean and organized Work together with your crew to complete jobs safely and efficiently Provide a friendly, professional experience for our customers Who We're Looking For You do not need professional holiday lighting experience to apply. We're looking for people who: Show up on time, every day Are comfortable working on ladders and roofs Can safely lift and carry 50+ lbs Enjoy physical, outdoor work Can work outside in changing fall and winter weather Work well as part of a team Have a positive attitude Take pride in doing things the right way Can follow instructions and learn quickly Have reliable transportation to and from our Westminster shop Previous blue-collar or hands-on work experience is a big plus , but it isn't required.

Overtime is likely during our busiest parts of the season. Employees are responsible for transportation to and from our Westminster shop.
