Overview Join Our Creative Production Team Are you passionate about bringing ideas to life through technology and creativity? 40 VISUALS is looking for an innovative 3D Printing & Lighting Technician to join our growing production team. This unique role combines advanced 3D printing, lighting, fabrication, and creative problem-solving to produce components for retail displays, branded environments, and custom visual experiences for some of the world's leading brands. If you enjoy working with cutting-edge technology, creating one-of-a-kind projects, and collaborating with a talented team, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Operate, maintain, and optimize industrial 3D printing equipment to produce high-quality parts and prototypes. Design, build, and troubleshoot illuminated signage and custom lighting elements. Wire and assemble LED lighting systems and electrical components safely and efficiently. Collaborate with designers and engineers to develop creative concepts and production-ready solutions. Utilize 3D modeling software such as SolidWorks and CAD to design and refine custom components. Research, prototype, and develop new fabrication methods and creative display concepts. Manage production schedules for 3D printing and lighting projects while prioritizing deadlines. Troubleshoot equipment and production issues to ensure projects remain on schedule. Maintain quality standards throughout the fabrication and assembly process. What We're Looking For Experience operating 3D printers with knowledge of various materials, filament types, and printing techniques. Experience working with LED lighting, low-voltage electrical systems, and illuminated displays. Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to read technical drawings and work from design files. Experience with CAD or SolidWorks and 3D modeling Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Lightroom) is a plus. Graphic design, engineering, fabrication experience is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
