Lighting Selection & Design Specialist We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and design-minded Lighting Selection & Design Specialist to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who has an eye for design, enjoys working with people, and loves helping clients bring their vision for their home to life. Position Overview As a Lighting Selection & Design Specialist, you will work directly with homeowners, builders, and remodel clients to select lighting that complements their home's style, needs, and budget. You will guide customers through the selection process—from choosing individual fixtures to coordinating lighting throughout an entire home. Responsibilities Assist clients with lighting selections for new construction, remodels, and home upgrades Help clients coordinate fixtures based on their home's design and overall style Provide knowledgeable, personalized customer service throughout the selection process Prepare estimates and quotes for customers Communicate with clients regarding selections, pricing, and product information Maintain organized records of customer selections and projects Use QuickBooks for estimates and other day-to-day business needs Use Canva to create presentations, design materials, and customer-facing content Work closely with other team members to provide a positive customer experience We're Looking for

Someone Who Is:

Personable, friendly, and comfortable working one-on-one with customers Energetic and enthusiastic Creative with a strong eye for design Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable working with numbers, pricing, and estimates Able to manage multiple customers and projects at the same time Comfortable using QuickBooks and Canva Willing to learn about lighting products, trends, sizing, placement, and design Lighting or interior design experience is a plus, but a natural eye for design, great people skills, and a willingness to learn are especially important. Pay:

From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per week
