About Decorate With Lights Decorate With Lights is a locally owned, family-operated company specializing in premium holiday décor for residential and commercial properties throughout the Triangle. We provide a complete, white-glove experience—from custom design and professional installation to in-season maintenance, takedown, and storage. What You'll Do Install custom holiday décor displays on residential and commercial properties. Install roofline lighting, trees, shrubs, wreaths, garland, bows, and other seasonal décor. Safely work on ladders, rooftops, and around homes and businesses. Operate ladders, hand tools, and installation equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicles. Deliver professional, high-quality installations with attention to detail. Represent Decorate With Lights with professionalism and courtesy while interacting with customers. Work as part of a team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule. What We're Looking For Previous experience in construction, roofing, gutters, exterior home improvement, landscaping, holiday décor installation, or similar outdoor work is preferred. Comfortable working on ladders and at heights. Strong work ethic with dependable attendance. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred. Pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail. Commitment to following safe work practices and helping maintain a safety-first culture. What We Offer $20-$30 per hour , based on experience. Overtime opportunities during the holiday season.
