This is a hands-on outdoor position for someone who is comfortable working on ladders, takes pride in doing quality work, and wants to be part of a growing home service company. Who You Are You show up on time and ready to work. You take pride in doing the job right, not just getting it done fast. You are comfortable working outdoors and on ladders. You are physically capable of climbing, kneeling, carrying equipment, and lifting 50+ lbs. You work well with a team and are willing to jump in wherever needed. You have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Previous gutter cleaning, exterior cleaning, or holiday lighting experience is a plus, but not required for the right person. Who We Are King Clean is a growing exterior cleaning and lighting company based in Edison, NJ , serving homeowners throughout Central New Jersey. Our services include pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, paver cleaning and sealing, and professional holiday lighting. During the holiday season, our lighting team installs custom Christmas and holiday light displays on homes and businesses throughout the area. What You'll Do Gutter Cleaning Remove leaves, debris, and buildup from gutters. Clear and test downspouts. Flush gutter systems when necessary. Identify potential gutter or drainage issues. Work safely from extension ladders and rooftops. Holiday Light Installation Install professional holiday lighting on homes and businesses. Install lights along rooflines, gutters, peaks, trees, bushes, and other areas. Secure wiring, extension cords, timers, and lighting equipment properly. Troubleshoot and replace lights when necessary. Return to properties for service calls when needed. Remove holiday lighting after the season. Organize and prepare lighting materials for storage. What We're Looking For We're looking for people who are reliable, coachable, comfortable with heights, and willing to work hard . You don't need years of experience. We'd rather hire someone with a great attitude and work ethic who can be trained than someone experienced who doesn't care about the quality of their work. Schedule Based out of Edison, NJ Monday through Friday, 7AM-4PM Saturday availability may be required during the busy holiday season Hours may increase during peak season Outdoor work in varying weather conditions Pay $20.00 - $25.00 per hour , depending on experience and ability, plus bonuses, tips and a $500 bonus after three months. There is opportunity to earn more as you gain experience, take on additional responsibility, and become capable of running jobs independently.
