Z7R Lighting Solutions is a growing commercial lighting and electrical services company specializing in large-scale LED lighting retrofits, lighting controls, EV charging infrastructure, and commercial electrical projects. Our team supports commercial and industrial facilities throughout the United States, including retail stores, warehouses, distribution centers, and other large facilities. As we continue expanding our national operations, we are looking for dependable, hardworking, and experienced lighting technicians to join our growing team. Job Responsibilities Install, replace, and retrofit commercial LED lighting fixtures. Remove and replace existing fluorescent, HID, and other lighting systems. Install LED retrofit kits, drivers, sensors, and lighting controls. Perform lighting upgrades in retail stores, warehouses, and commercial buildings. Safely operate scissor lifts and other aerial work platforms when properly trained and authorized. Read basic electrical diagrams and installation instructions. Follow OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures. Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and production goals. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Travel to assigned project locations as required. Communicate effectively with crew leaders and project supervisors.

Qualifications Required:

Previous commercial lighting installation or electrical construction experience. Familiarity with LED lighting fixtures and retrofit installations. Ability to work overnight shifts. Willingness to travel for projects. Ability to work safely at elevated heights using approved equipment. Reliable transportation to designated reporting locations. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism. Ability to work independently and as part of a crew.

Preferred:

Experience with national retail lighting retrofit programs. Experience working in Home Depot, Costco, Lowe's, Walmart, or similar commercial environments. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. Scissor lift or aerial lift operator training. Experience installing occupancy sensors and lighting control systems. Previous experience working on traveling installation crews.
