At Light Up Lima, we believe great people can be taught great skills. If you're dependable, enjoy working outdoors, and aren't afraid of ladders or hard work, we'll teach you the rest. No previous lighting experience is required. What You'll Do Install premium Christmas lighting on residential homes Set up and safely use extension ladders Work on residential roofs with a professional crew Install wreaths, garland, and tree lighting Load and unload company trucks Keep equipment organized Represent Light Up Lima professionally at every job Every day is different, and you'll work with a close-knit team creating displays that homeowners enjoy throughout the holiday season. What We're Looking ForRequired Positive attitude Reliable transportation Comfortable working outdoors Comfortable climbing ladders and working on residential roofs Able to lift and carry 75 pounds Dependable and punctual Willing to learn Experience That Helps (But Isn't Required) Construction Roofing Landscaping Tree service Farming Electrical Carpentry General labor We provide training for the right people.
