Lead Holiday Lighting Installer / Crew Lead $25-$30/hour DOE + Leadership Bonuses | Full-Time Seasonal | October-January Deck The Walls is hiring a Lead Holiday Lighting Installer / Crew Lead for the 2026 holiday season! We're looking for a dependable, hardworking leader who is comfortable working with their hands, confident on ladders and roofs, and capable of leading a small crew through fast-paced installation days. We professionally install holiday lighting for homes and businesses throughout the Corvallis/Albany, Salem, and Eugene areas. Our season is busy, our standards are high, and we're looking for someone who can help keep a crew safe, productive, and having fun along the way. What You'll Do Lead a small crew through daily residential and commercial holiday lighting projects Install, maintain, and remove professional holiday lighting displays Train, motivate, and supervise crew members Keep your crew productive and projects on schedule Ensure installations meet our quality and professional standards Maintain a safe, organized job site and follow company safety procedures Communicate with management regarding job progress, challenges, and material needs Drive company trucks and trailers between jobs Schedule & Season Seasonal position: October through January Full-time Weekends are required during the busy season Overtime opportunities available during peak season Work is performed outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Hours may vary depending on workload, weather, and the time of season What We're Looking For MUST be comfortable working on ladders and most residential/commercial roofs Comfortable driving a truck and trailer Dependable and able to show up on time and ready to work Strong communication and leadership skills Able to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Prior leadership or crew management experience strongly preferred Construction, roofing, landscaping, exterior maintenance, or other hands-on experience is a plus Holiday lighting experience is a plus, but not required Pay & Benefits $25-$30/hour depending on experience Leadership bonuses for meeting team goals Overtime opportunities during peak season Company-issued clothing and safety gear Lunches provided Fun, supportive team environment End-of-season celebration you won't forget!
