Pay is $20-25 per hour (depending on experience) on a 4-level pay plan, so as your skills increase, your pay does too. No electrical experience required. We pay you to train in a specialized trade while you help build beautifully lit properties.

You are eager to learn and coachable, the kind of person who gets a little better every week. You take pride in physical work done right, outdoors, in most weather. You are the teammate others want working next to them. Many of our best people bring an athlete's mindset to the crew. You bring a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. You bring the ability to work full-time, lift up to 75 lbs, stay on your feet for long stretches, and work on ladders, heights, and roofs during holiday light season. You bring outdoor work experience in landscaping, construction, roofing, or tree work (preferred, not required).

Founded by Ben Siller with a simple goal, to deliver high-quality outdoor lighting work the right way. A trusted name in premium landscape, architectural, and permanent holiday lighting. We started small, built on hard work and word of mouth, and now serve homeowners and businesses throughout Pittsburgh's South Hills.
What You Will Do Each Day:
Install landscape and architectural lighting fixtures Dig, trench, and run low-voltage wiring Use hand tools, drills, ladders, and basic power equipment Assist with transformer installation and system setup Keep a clean, safe jobsite
