PAYROLL SPECIALIST
McMurray, PA 15317 $90,000-$110,000 Onsite About the Company Established construction company with 80+ years of experience and operations across all 50 states. Family-owned with a casual, collaborative culture and supportive leadership. Small, close-knit office environment with an opportunity to work closely with leadership and field operations. Great opportunity to join a stable organization and take on additional responsibilities over time. Payroll Specialist Responsibilities Provide backup and administrative support for union and multistate payroll processes. The Payroll Specialist will assist with payroll processing, filings, reporting, and maintaining accurate employee records. Support union payroll communications, audits, and related documentation. Assist with employee onboarding, layoffs, and other payroll-related administrative tasks. The Payroll Specialist will help coordinate payroll information and reporting across various unions and locations. The Payroll Specialist will step in to support the payroll team and field operations when needed. Preferred Qualifications for Payroll Specialist Role Experience with union payroll and multistate payroll is required. Construction payroll experience strongly preferred, including experience with Jonas or similar construction payroll software. Experience working with multiple unions and handling payroll-related reporting and documentation. Team-oriented and willing to pitch in wherever needed. Self-motivated and able to work independently while knowing when to ask for help. Must be comfortable working onsite in McMurray, PA the majority of the week. Why This Payroll Specialist Opportunity?
