Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Install Foreman specializing in outdoor lighting installation to lead and manage field crews on residential and commercial lighting projects. This role involves overseeing the installation process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The Install Foreman will work alongside and supervise team members to deliver exceptional outdoor lighting solutions that enhance outdoor spaces and meet client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase leadership skills while working on innovative outdoor lighting projects that transform environments. Responsibilities Lead and supervise outdoor lighting installation crews, ensuring adherence to project timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards. Interpret drawings and technical specifications related to outdoor lighting systems. Assembling lights and mounting them in prescribed locations Speaking with the customer to upsell other products Provide customer with system orientation as applicable Proper care and operation of company vehicles Running and burying low voltage wiring in landscape areas and lawns Mounting transformers and connecting wire runs Clean up of all areas affected by the installation Providing direction and/or assistance to other installers when applicable Speaking with clients to inform and educate them about additional products and services available
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
Has a driver's license with a clean driving record (no moving violations or accidents in the last three years) Makes a good first impression by being well-groomed, articulate, personable, and comfortable with meeting new people Enjoys interacting with customers with respect and integrity Above-average technical ability Attention to detail and respect for our customer's property Systematic in their approach Proactive, problem solver Strong sense of pride and integrity in work product
EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE

Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
