Job Summary Come help us help Missoula to celebrate the holidays! We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lead Lighting Technician to join our team. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of lighting systems in outdoor environments, ensuring that all installations meet safety standards and client specifications. In this role you will take the lead in the hanging process. Previous work on rooftops is required. It is important that the person in this role is comfortable with ladders, some steeper rooftops, and heights. This is a seasonal position expected to run from mid-September through February. Responsibilities Make homes and businesses warm and inviting by hanging holiday lights on rooftops, gutters, and trees. Occasional use of hand tools and power tools during installation. Tracking changes in lighting design and noting them in paperwork. Perform routine maintenance on lighting systems to ensure optimal performance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all work activities. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding lighting installations. Qualifications Comfortable with heights, ladders, and walking on rooftops a must. Previous rooftop work experience a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
