You'll spend your days outdoors installing lights, working with ladders and equipment, interacting with customers, and transforming homes and businesses for the holiday season. Key Responsibilities Install professional lighting on homes and commercial properties Safely work from ladders and on rooflines Install, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain holiday lighting Assist with holiday light takedowns and organization after the season Deliver excellent customer service and represent the brand professionally Work efficiently as part of a team Maintain tools, equipment, and lighting materials Follow company safety procedures and installation standards Communicate professionally with customers while on-site Assist with window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and other services as needed Required Qualifications Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to lift and handle ladders and equipment up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions Comfortable working on ladders/roofs and at heights Ability to perform physical work throughout the day Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Ability to pass a background check (criminal and driving) Preferred Qualifications Previous experience is helpful but not required .
