Holiday Lighting Senior Technician About Us We are a fast-growing exterior cleaning and home services company specializing in holiday lighting, window cleaning, pressure washing, window film, and other exterior services . Our team is built on hard work, positivity, teamwork, and delivering 5-star customer experiences. Compensation $20-$30+ per hour based on experience and performance Weekly pay Higher pay for high performance Customer tips for exceptional service High earning potential during our lighting peak season! Benefits Paid training — no holiday lighting experience required Flexible schedules - part or full time Opportunities to learn additional skills Flexible work environment including work in window cleaning, window film, pressure washing, and other exterior cleaning services Opportunity for continued employment after the holiday lighting season Role Summary As a Holiday Lighting Senior Technician , you'll lead a team installing professional permanent and holiday lighting displays for residential and commercial customers. You'll spend your days outdoors installing lights, working with ladders and equipment, interacting with customers, and transforming homes and businesses for the holiday season. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for seasonal work who may also be interested in learning new skills and potentially continuing with our team after the holidays. Key Responsibilities Install professional lighting on homes and commercial properties Safely work from ladders and on rooflines Install, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain holiday lighting Assist with holiday light takedowns and organization after the season Deliver excellent customer service and represent the brand professionally Work efficiently as part of a team Maintain tools, equipment, and lighting materials Follow company safety procedures and installation standards Communicate professionally with customers while on-site Assist with window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and other services as needed Required Qualifications Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to lift and handle ladders and equipment up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions Comfortable working on ladders/roofs and at heights Ability to perform physical work throughout the day Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Ability to pass a background check (criminal and driving) Preferred Qualifications Previous experience is helpful but not required .
