Afterglow Outdoor Lighting | Greenville | Come grow with Afterglow. Afterglow is growing, and we're looking for a Lighting Installation Technician who wants to grow with us. We specialize in designing and installing high-end landscape lighting, architectural lighting, permanent lighting, and holiday lighting for homes and properties throughout the Upstate. Afterglow is a newly established company with big ambitions. We have an incredible design team, a strong brand, and we're quickly building our presence in the market. This is an opportunity to get in early and grow alongside the company every step of the way. What You'll Do Install low-voltage landscape and architectural lighting systems Install permanent roofline and architectural lighting Install professional holiday and Christmas lighting Run, connect, troubleshoot, and conceal low-voltage wiring Install and connect transformers, fixtures, lamps, and lighting controls Work safely from extension ladders and other access equipment Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional Help bring our lighting designs to life in the field Provide an excellent experience for our customers and respect their homes and properties What We're Looking For 1+ year of lighting, low-voltage, electrical, construction, or similar installation experience preferred Candidates with direct landscape lighting, permanent lighting, or holiday lighting experience will be considered first We are also willing to train the right person who is mechanically inclined, dependable, and eager to learn Comfortable working with low-voltage wiring systems Comfortable working on ladders and at heights Comfortable using hand tools and power tools Strong attention to detail Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently Professional appearance and attitude around customers Valid driver's license Reliable personal vehicle for transportation to job sites Ability to pass a background check Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions What We Offer Highly competitive, top-of-industry pay Pay based on experience and ability Hands-on training Opportunity to learn multiple areas of the outdoor lighting industry Significant opportunity for advancement Increasing responsibility as the company grows The chance to get involved with a growing company at the ground level A creative, design-driven approach to outdoor lighting—not cookie-cutter installation work Why Afterglow?
