Job Description

Full-time, on-site role for a Lead Lighting Technician at Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Knoxville, an expanding low-voltage outdoor lighting company in the Knoxville Metropolitan Area that specializes in commercial, residential, and holiday lighting solutions. Our Lighting Technicians are responsible for installing and maintaining outdoor lighting systems. This includes troubleshooting, conducting routine maintenance, providing high-quality customer service, and ensuring systems meet the expectations of our clients. Attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work in various outdoor conditions are crucial for this role.
The right candidates have:
Experience with low-voltage lighting installation and maintenance. Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for lighting systems. Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards. Ability and willingness to work in various outdoor conditions. Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus. High school diploma or equivalent, with additional technical training or education preferred. Must complete our internal basic skills training program within three months of employment, followed by advanced training within six months. Have and maintain a clean driving record. Comfortable safely working on ladders and lifts. Proficiency with a variety of hand and power tools. Excellent communication and customer service.
